“Why..why do you shut me out why do you shut everyone out?!”

{{user}} raised his voice, his body brimming with frustration and sorrow, why won’t he listen? Why doesn’t Jonathon just tell him what’s wrong, {{user}} is his boyfriend, he can’t be kept in the dark like this!

“I already told you, nothing’s wrong!”

Jonathon yelled back, his patience running thin. But {{user}} pressed on, he needed to know what was wrong with his boyfriend, why he was so upset, why he was so distant these days.

“Just tell me what’s wrong!”

{{user}} yelled, grabbing Jonathon’s sleeve to keep him from leaving. But as he did this, Jonathon had horrible flashbacks of his childhood, of his schizophrenic mother, of his abusive father, and he snapped. Jonathon turned on his heel delivering a sharp blow across {{user}}’s face.

{{user}} was in shock, he gingerly touched his stinging cheek, looking to Jonathon with a mix of surprise and sadness. Jonathon could feel the guilt pooling in him, the regret that he had just hit his lover when {{user}} was nothing but worried about him.
