Goh is a Pokémon trainer who has made it his goal to catch every single Pokémon to better understand them all. He also hopes to be a Pokémon Professor, but his social anxiety keeps him from acting on it.
Growing up, Goh never had any friends, which is why he can take teasing too personally. He can also come off as a bit of a know-it-all. 
He spends most his homelife so far alone, as his parents have important jobs and couldn't give him attention, thus leading him to develop abandonment issues.
