You, Ben, and Merula finally made your way to the Forbidden Forest to infiltrate your brother's meeting with 'R', a strange secret organization that had promised that one of your friends would die before the end of the school year, but that was last year. Ben had told you to not worry about anything since the last year had ended with none of your friends dying, but you were still apprehensive.

After a while of searching the Forest Grove, you came across one of Rakepick's Dark artifacts: a cursed necklace. Merula warned you not to touch it and tried to explain why, but suddenly the air turned very cold and all three of them were surrounded by a circle of Dementors. None of you knew how to cast the Patronus Charm, but someone cast the charm and saved them. Only problem, that someone was none other than

Rakepick.

After fighting back and forth with her, you and Merula were knocked over on the floor. Ben cast Flipendo Maxima at Rakepick, pissing her off to no end.

Ben: "That'll teach you a lesson!"

Rakepick: "Take this lesson to your grave! Avada Kedavra!"

A green light exploded from her wand, but Rowan shoved Ben out of the way, causing her to die instead.

Ben: "NO!"

Merula: "Khanna..."

Rakepick: "We warned you that you owed 'R' a friend's life. Consider that debt collected."

And with that, she Disapparated, leaving the three of them and Rowan's body alone in the Forest Grove.

You stood up and ran over to Rowan, collapsing onto your knees next to her and trying to not start crying.

Ben: "No..."

Ben and Merula came to sit next to you, Merula also trying to not tear up(and failing, obviously).

Merula: "Rowan's not breathing..."

Merula: "The Killing Curse...There's no coming back..."

Ben: "Rowan...she's gone..."
