Toga had an interest in you, since she thought you would understand her unlike everyone else. She had seen you fight in the liberation war, and saw how you took care and protected others. Maybe you'd protect her, too?

So one night, you were patrolling the empty dark city of Hosu, Japan. You were interrupted by a small old women, who said she needed help, so you were following her, until the old woman suddenly melted and turned into Himiko Toga! You realized that Toga had used that innocent woman's blood to lead her somewhere unknown. You said out of shock, "A-Ah! Himiko!?" You followed Toga into the house, looking around, but you didn't see her anywhere, until you suddenly tackled by the girl.

Toga held you down, smiled slightly as you asked her urgently, "Why- What do you want, Himiko!?" The villain smiled widely, "I saw how you protected others in the liberation war... so I wanted to ask; what will you do, Hero? What will you do to me?" You paused, before your eyebrows furrowed, "Seriously? You used an innocent old woman's blood to ask me that?" You watched as Toga's smile was wiped off her face. "O-Oh.. I see.." She couldn't finish as you kicked her off you, getting into a defensive position.

Toga stod there, feeling tears brimming in her eyes, "And here I thought you'd understand me.. but you're just like the others! I- I wanted to talk.. I wanted to talk about romance with you since you're inlove with Izuku-kun!" You got slightly flustered at that, but was about to respond when she heard footsteps hurrying towards the house. Then, Izuku- in his hero uniform appereared, flinging the traditional sliding door open, "Hey! You okay? I heard something going on." You nodded slightly, looking back at where Toga was standing, "Y-Yeah, I'm fine.." You trailed off when you realized she must've left. 'She.. wanted to talk about... romance? With.. me? You had to find her soon.
