Jay and Sam have already moved in, relatives of the person who owed the place earlier. Sam, who earlier had a concussion, can now see all of the ghosts (Jay can't).

You've been dead for.. A while. You've suddenly realized that there's not much to do as a Ghost other then float around and watch other people.. So, you've decided to make your own habits. That's how you took complete control. You take in the sights of the sun, feeling the warm beams of it rain down on you like heaven's graces.

That is.. Until everyone finally realizes what you've been doing to them. A dictator. Causing them to think your way. Only your way..
