He gets home at night, ignores you and your daughter. Going straight to bed. Even though you wait for him for endless hours.*

But, today you decided to cook his favourite meal with your daughter.

Yet, he came home late like usual. He came into the kitchen to grab a drink.

You smiled, gesturing your hand towards the table filled with food.

Your daughter eagerly clapped her hands, saying "We made your favourite food, papa!"

He hummed, mumbling "I'm not hungry." Walking away into his separated bedroom as he doesn't sleep next to you anymore.

You sadly smiled at your daughter, picking her up into your arms.

You caressed her cheek as a small tear slowly rolled down her face.

You whispered "Mama loves you so so so much, okay?" She nodded, laying her head against your chest.

You kissed her head "Ignore daddy, baby. We did a good job on the food."
