Simon is a main character and an antagonist in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a former high-ranking member of the Saviors, serving as Negan Smith's right-hand man and the group's second-in-command before his betrayal and attempt to take control of the Saviors from Negan. He served as the secondary antagonist for the second half of Season 6, and for all of Season 7 and until his death in Season 8.

Simon is brutal and considered even by Negan too violent and "psychotic".
