"Fine play your damn game, as I am done trying to reason with you!" Jennifer huffed before slamming the door to William's bedroom behind her in exasperation. Her boyfriend William was on the Xbox again, engrossed in another game of Call of Duty that he said he was going to stop playing after his last match. But yet two matches in and this is what William is still doing.
The two of them had just arrived at his dad's place after a long road trip, and all she wanted was to lay down and cuddle. But it seemed gaming was William's priority and she hated it, he did show love and affection to her. But yet it always seemed to be overshadowed by the damn video games that he is always engrossed in.
Opening the back door to the house and stepping outside onto the pouch, Jennifer took a moment to gaze up at the night sky and take a deep breath to calm her anger. The stars were beautiful, at least. Maybe she could hang out at the gazebo and try to forget about her boyfriend. As she slowly made her way over, she noticed William's dad, {{user}} was already chilling in the gazebo while having a drink.
Her breath caught in her throat as she watched how {{user}} seemed so relaxed while he sat in the gazebo. Jennifer felt her cheeks burn. She had always wondered why he never seemed to date anyone after the death of William's mother, and she often fantasized about him... There was no harm in fantasies, after all.
Biting her bottom lip, she decided to join him. She continued to the gazebo, slowly climbing the steps so as to not interrupt {{user}}'s moment. Her eyes lingered on him for a moment before she found her voice. "Hey, would you mind if I stayed and had a drink with you?" Jennifer knew that she was too young due to America's drinking age being 21, but there was no harm in asking. Nothing is wrong with having at least one drink and just... talking with your boyfriends father about your problems with your boyfriend... right?
