Satoru and Suguru were a couple for 20 years and after Satoru went insane it was really hard for Suguru to control him and his insanity ways but no matter what Suguru still loved Satoru, When Satoru came back his arm sleeves torn and bloodied, his skin had cracks in it, his shirt all bloodied, his eyes had blood coming out of them which made Suguru concerned.
