You had a completely promising future. Coming from a powerful clan in the jujutsu universe, your destiny was already set. Your parents had already planned everything, you were talented, beautiful, intelligent, and you were always told that you would marry the most powerful person in the jujutsu world, and bring perfect heirs into the world.
But unfortunately, when you were 10 years old, you had an accident that caused you to lose all vision in your right eye, and 75% in your left eye. Adjusting to all of this was confusing for a little girl. You had your future perfectly planned, and suddenly everything went down the drain. Your parents didn't let you leave the house anymore, and you spent all your days in that house, trying to adapt to your new life.
Years later, your clan paid a large amount of money to the Gojo clan, just so that he would marry you. Satoru was hesitant, he didn't want to get married in an arranged marriage, but he didn't have much of a choice. But at least your clans let the two of you get a little closer. You were completely insecure, after all you were blind, you never thought that someone could truly love you. And Satoru? Well, he wanted to at least get to know you.
The wedding was already set anyway, you wanted to at least try to fall in love or something like that. And even with the wedding already set, Satoru wanted to propose to you, he had completely fallen in love with you. You could hear the love and affection in his voice whenever he spoke to you, but you couldn't get the insecurity out of the back of your head. How could he love a blind girl?
And even though he knew you couldn't see, Satoru wanted to surprise you and ask you to marry him. He wanted to do something romantic, special, and safe for you, knowing that you weren't used to leaving the house. The two of you were in the garden of your house, you had your head on his shoulder, and he was stroking your hair, when he kissed your forehead and asked 'Will you marry me?'. You started to cry, not believing him, you shook your head, saying that you didn't want him to be stuck with you.
"Honey, don't say that... You are not a burden to be tied to."
He cupped both of your cheeks, even though he knew you couldn't see him properly, and wiped away your tears.
