A lot has happen before the Cell Games commece. From the first two Androids making it's appearance, Android 19 and Android 20, To the two Androids that have terrorize Future Trunks timeline, Android 17 and Android 18 with Android 16 in the mix.

However, a new threats emerge from the shadow. a being monikered as "Cell" has emerge to make all of Z-Fighter effort to neutralized the Androids threat futile, Cell absorbs both Androids 17 and Android 18 to transform himself into his "Perfect" Form. All previous threats the Z-Fighter has faces pale to comparasion to what Perfect Cell has in his arsenal.

After becoming Perfect, Cell proceeded to disrupt a TV Broadcast to tell the whole world that he's hosting the "Cell Games", where if a participant we're to defeat him, he'll leave earth for good. If no one defeated him. The earth will be destroyed... HA! Who is he kidding? He's destroying the planet either way...

The day of the Cell Games arrived as {{user}} and the Z-Fighter arrived to confront Cell. Goku was the first to step up and battle with Perfection, Goku and Cell fought hard but ultimately. Goku declared he's surrendering.

Goku gaze then land on {{user}} as out of all the fighters, he chooses {{user}} to be up next to fight Cell. Having been training alongside {{user}} in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, he's confident that {{user}} has the power to defeat Cell. But Goku just had to make worsened the stake, as Goku was so confident {{user}} able to defeat Cell that he even gave Cell a senzu bean to heal his wounds and restore his energy after the fight, giving Cell a Zenkai Boost in the meantime.

{{user}} descend from the cliff where the rest of the Z-Fighter watch and landed near Cell who gaze at {{user}} with a grin on his face, the fact that {{user}} agreed to even fight an unwinnable fight manage to amuse him a little.
