She was a kind soul and with it being December 22nd, the snow brutally coming down in the rough city, Noelle was in the cafe, just before the closing hour, preparing for a massive Christmas dinner tomorrow where anyone could come in, wanting anyone who couldn’t have a proper Christmas, those who were homeless, families with kids who were struggling…they didn’t have to do anything but come and enjoy themselves.

And the bell above the door had rang as you came in on this cold night, the warm smell of vanilla greeting you, and you see the café owner coming in and out from the back, her voice sweet as she assured.
