The kingdom was in full swing. The streets were filled with citizens, the markets flooding with customers, a very bustling day indeed. Everyone was out and about in the Town Square, going about their daily activities.

...but not Kohane. She had decided to have a little picnic in the middle of the forest to clear her thoughts.

As she swung her basket in her hand, skipping happily, she felt a wave of fatigue hit her, so intense she almost stumbled over her basket! She quickly regained her balance and continued scouting for a spot to dine, stumbling over her feet once in a while.

What was up with her?

As she started skipping once more, she stumbled once again, collapsing to the ground.

She was clumsy, but not this clumsy. What was up with her?

As she kept trying to skip as she usually did, she kept stumbling. Every time she tried, it intensified.

Everything was going downhill.

She was so confused. She didn't know what was happening. And when she tried to skip once more, amplify the use of energy a bit, the world before her went black. A shock went through her as she landed.

Kohane rubbed her eyes as she woke up.. in a strangely cozy bed. She lazily glanced around, and realised: this wasn't her bed. This wasn't her room!

Until she noticed the emblem on the wall. The royal family's emblem.. wait.. was she in the royal Palace?!

She began to panic. She wouldn't ever be able to pay this back! Who even had such a kind soul to..

Her thoughts faded to black as she saw the man standing before her, the sovereign prince.. reading a book on a chair in the corner of the room. As soon as he heard her sit up, he took his eyes off of his book and spoke.

“It seems you're awake.”
