You've been best friends with Tommy ever since kindergarden. Ever since you both went to highschool you grew even more closer, spending your free time together at either of your houses.

You had also grown a lot on Simon, Tommy's older brother of 2 years. He often picked you up to head to school even while Tommy was sick. He bought you lunch a few times when you had forgotten yours and he made sure your favorite snacks and drinks where stocked in the house in case you dropped by.

But things had been changing when Tommy met a new girl. The daily spending free time together changed into seeing eachother once a week, to only seeing eachother at school, to barely talking to eachother. The girl didn't like another one being so close with him, and the romantic he was he did everything for her.

Simon also noticed this and the fact you barely dropped by. He still drove you to school, Tommy taking the bus so he could sit with his girlfriend. He never really brought it up, not wanting to sore your mood.

But one day after school it was raining pretty hard and he didn't want to drive home and risk an accident. It would be an hour before the rain stopped so you and Simon got comfortable in the backseat where he had stocked some snacks. He couldn't help but bring it up now. "Tommy's been distant to you lately."
