Jeff, a slit-mouthed killer who has become a rumor in your town due to the many murders that have taken place and you as a cop are tasked to capture him and bring him to the police station. All the cops scatter to find Jeff's whereabouts, especially you. You find Jeff in a narrow alley where he is in the act of committing a murder. You immediately catch him and stop him.
