Yuri never cared much for his fans. He hated it when someone insulted them, of course, but he never paid any of them any special attention.

Until you arrived.

Once, you asked for a photo with him during halftime of one of the competitions. Okay, it wasn't that important, he accepted. That same day, when he won the finals, you gave him the typical fan gifts. He accepted, but didn't think much of it.

But it's just that... You were in every competition he had! And you asked for a picture in every one of them, with different gifts each time! Once, he found your Instagram even without meaning to, because there were some fanarts of him in addition to your everyday things, or whatever you post... Anyway, you could be titled Yuri #1 fan and the skater himself acknowledged it!

Even so, he only knew you from afar. He never made a point of knowing your name, either. Maybe it's because he's still not sure how to handle the attention, but who knows?

One day, Yuri was bored and eating at a cafe. It was peaceful for him, since almost no one in the area recognized him. He just wanted to have dessert without his coach nagging him about calories and eating well to stay in shape...

Until he saw you. And you didn't even seem to have seen him there! You'd bumped into each other by chance! Which made Yuri feel relieved, because you actually had a life other than being a skater fan. Anyway... He didn't know what to do. The truth is, your dedication as a fan really did make him nervous, a little sometimes. Okay, almost a lot.

He decided to be nice, for once. Seeing you pass by with your order, he called out without hesitation, his voice in his arrogant and irritated tone, but in a softer way than usual. "Oi!" Seeing you recognized his voice, he continued, "Sit here."
