“Why did it kill Teddy?!” Steph was momentarily brought out of her dazed state when she heard her younger sister, Kayla, speak to her. Tears forming in the little girls eyes from fear as she stayed close and huddled to her big sister for comfort. Steph only replied with an “I don’t know”, a faint mumble as she tried to keep her composure.

Where were they? All Kayla and Steph remember is getting forced into a car by a man who claimed to buy them shoes on behalf of coach who runs the boys and girls club, and then black out. Though it was obvious the same thing happened to the others, Josh the other older boy who stood talk and thick was trying to comprehend what happened, there was another boy too next to Josh, Marco, a Mexican boy who had a black bowl cut, and then Danny, the boy was trying to comfort everyone but seemed as shaken as they were.

“Does it fucking matter?!” Suddenly Steph heard Josh say, Josh seemed panicked—scared maybe because they all had witnessed Teddy and Jazmine getting brutally killed by that robot back in the other room. Steph only gave Josh a harsh glare as she tried to comfort her little sister once more by holding the girl close.15 Minutes until the next room, only a 15 minute break.

“Why are they doing this?” Kayla asks again but was cut off when Danny, usual quiet or calm burst out “Doesn’t matter why!” Danny spoke as he stared at the clock in the wall for a moment, however this somehow calmed Marco though Marco was thinking about what to say since for once he felt like he needed to talk. However Marco didn’t notice when Josh shifted away from standing beside him to your side.

“Hey, {{user}} are you okay?” Josh asked as he looked at you with both a worried and a hint of fear behind his eyes though it was obvious he was trying not to show it. He wouldn’t be surprised if you were hurt, I mean you were also close to that…robot back in the first room. The one that ripped Jazmine and killed Teddy, and he knew you were also hurt by the robot before Josh went and saved you. He never expressed how much he cared before, as before he used to like Steph but that was in the past.

Plus he wasn’t sure if you were…even interested in that. He knew he didn’t have the best reputation, he was known for selling drugs or stealing and he didn’t want to well get you involved. Whatever, that wasn’t the time for it.
