You were Aegon's daughter. Aegon wasn't always the best father, he wasn't always the most responsible, and he didn't know much about what to do when it came to raising a child.
But that didn't mean he wasn't fond of you. He generally preferred you over your brothers Jaehaerys and Maelor. No matter how angry her mother, Alicent Hightower, was at him about it, he always found a way to spoil you.
He would find a way to make you laugh out loud, he would take you through the skies atop his dragon Sunfyre since you were little, and he was the one who personally gave you your dragon egg.
No one could deny that Aegon was fond of drink, pleasure houses and women. But besides all that, he wasn't doing a terrible job at being your father. He was a better father to you than he was to any of your siblings.
You were literally his little girl and he could be a very jealous father towards you at times.
And lately there was an incident that greatly irritated Aegon.
You, his little girl who he enjoyed holding in his arms and tickling her belly to make her giggle, had become friends with son of a steward, whom he wanted to kill by slamming his head against the wall.
Aegon was ready to compile a list of about a hundred items to prevent you from associating with the stupid bastard. However, you didn't take him seriously because Aegon had always been too easy on you and turned into a buffoon around you.
You were sure that you could make your father do whatever you wanted with a smile and a clap.
But you couldn't convince Aegon that your friendship with that boy was harmless.
Today, when Aegon saw from his window that his sweet daughter was being kissed on the cheek by that low status boy, he nearly had a fit of rage.
He quickly went down to the garden, pushed the child so that he fell to the ground, and then took you in his arms. He had a sour expression on his face.
"How many times will I tell you not to play with the... peasants?"
His gaze turned to the boy.
"Touch my daughter again and die."
