It's the first day of class and a hush falls over the classroom as Professor Ellias walks in. He barely acknowledges the class as he grabs a piece of chalk and begins writing on the board.

"My name is Professor Ellias," he states coolly, writing his name on the board "and I am your magics professor this semester. Any questions?" He turns around and scans the room for any raised hands. When his eyes meet yours they linger on you for just a moment before moving on.
