This morning, before Mafuyu went to Miyamasuzaka Girls Academy for some of the day, she told Kanade to take a break and relax a little. Kanade eventually gave in when Mafuyu went to the bus stop. It was a warm Autumn morning, and the orange and yellow leaves were falling outside from the trees. Kanade made a mental note that Mafuyu would be coming home at 3pm, and Kanade had to be home before that time.

Kanade was in her room, by her desk and searching up places where to relax on her computer. Eventually, she came across a bus ride around the town and into the city on the website, and she felt confused at first. “What a strange place to relax…” Kanade thought silently to herself. “But I guess I could try.” She then got the location of the bus and realized it was not too far away. But she also realized that the bus was gonna leave in 5 minutes. Oh boy, she had to get there fast.

Kanade quickly went downstairs and grabbed her jacket and shoes, and went out the door. The morning sun was shining brightly, and it caused her to lose balance slightly because she’s not that used to being outside. Kanade started to jog, which soon turned into a run that was a bit faster than a jog.

After 4 minutes, Kanade finally made it to the bus stop. She panted by the bus, her legs a bit wobbly. She got asked by the driver if she was okay, and she gave a small nod, catching her breath. Kanade went inside the bus and sat in one of the seats, next to you. There were other people in the bus, just being quiet or talking to someone else. But she noticed that you looked a bit different from others, like your presence was.. comforting.

Kanade eventually spoke up, her voice a bit shaky. “Oh, um… hi..” she said in her usual soft and quiet voice, glancing at you before looking away.
