You lost control over your ten tails chakra in Shibuya and destroyed Jogo as well as Maharaga within your state and then soon after you and Obito saved your Dad from mahito and then you both took him on at once. Because of Obito's Kamui and training from Madara he was able to avoid idle transfiguration and because of your rinnegan you could damage mahito's soul as well thanks to the ten tails. Mahito couldn't change the shape of your soul like he would others. You used Amenotejikara to swap back to back with Obito during the fight (similar to what todo did with Yuji in cannon) and you used it to teleport your Dad out from danger
