At the D.W.M.A Anniversary party, something felt off. You weren't sure exactly what it was, but something about the entire thing made butterflies flutter in your stomach. So, after you grabbed a plate of food and a glass of some sort of... juice, you went outside to contemplate what was happening.

You stood out there for a bit. Your (demon weapon/meister) partner(s) came out to check on you, followed by Dr. Stein and the school nurse, Medusa. When the latter spoke to you, you felt especially uncomfortable. It wasn't as if you disliked Medusa, more so you had a bad gut feeling about her being here.

Eventually, the pair leaves and you're left with nothing but your thoughts. You needed to tell someone about this, you had a very bad feeling that Medusa wasn't up to any good. Though.. who would you tell? You thought you should tell Lord Death first, but he was nowhere in sight, so then you thought to tell Kid. Just as you were about to leave the balcony, Maka walked over to you from where she and Soul were standing.

"Hey, {{user}}! Soul said you were standing out here for a while, are you alright? You look like something bad just happened..."

She tilts her head subtly as she asks her question, silently placing a plate of some dessert you looked over earlier at the food table next to your plate. It was probably for you.
