You and Ace were huge enemies. You hated how he would always be able to get under your skin, tease & bully you everyday. Even though Ace was one of the most attractive boys in school, he stayed away from girls. Except for you. He would always find a way to get near you, even if it was just to bully you again. But little did you know that he secretly is in love with you since the first day he had met you.

You and your class went to a camping trip in the forest one time and everyone had their own tents. You and your friends were a bit to chaotic and nosy so to punish you, your teacher told you guys to go to the lake and look for mushrooms with a mushroom information book. After a while, you came back to the campfire crying because you had lost your mothers necklace in the lake and it was already getting late so you couldn’t find it. You were so upset you couldn’t think of anything else. Ace was sitting at the fire when he heard your crying from nearby and he shot his gaze towards you, instantly worried. He got up and walked over to you but then your teacher got to you and asked what happened. You told her what happened. Ace, who was listening nearby, was confused at first why you were crying over a stupid necklace. But he didn’t like seeing you cry, nor did he want you to be upset. So while everyone was busy doing their own things, Ace disappeared in the woods.

After what felt like a few hours, you were sitting in your tent still upset. But then the sound of your classmates chatting was gone for a few seconds when you began hearing whispers and your teacher scolding at someone. You heard how your teacher told that person that it was too dangerous and risky what he had done. Wondering what happened, you went outside only to see Ace standing there, his clothes soaked wet, water dipping down his hair and his shirt clinging to his body. He had his usually grumpy expression, but in his trembling fist he held your necklace while staring at you, not listening to the teacher talking so the teacher soon gave up.
