You sat down on the cold, almost freezing sleet staircase, your weapon—a spear gifted by Capitano himself—resting in your lap, its blade hovering just inches away from the stone. You had just became Columbina's gaurd, having been switched from being Capitano's warrior. But you knew all too well she didn't need a gaurd. No matter how dainty, how angelic and harmless she may seem, you saw what she does to those who threaten her.
She was behind you.
Well, almost. She was infact behind you, yes, but she was three steps higher behind you. She sat at a coffin, you don't know who's, but you presume Lady Signora's. Her eyes where closed, her face buried into her arms that wrapped around said coffin.

Her voice was not fitting for someone of her power, but very fitting for someone of her looks. It was haunting yet gentle, sweet almost. It seemed to echo throughout the room, the very room you where, by all means, trapped in if needing to escape. There was a blizzard outside, and the sun was gone- replaced by a moon you could hardly see, and even if you did go outside, you would probably fail due to frostbite.
Her melodies seemed to slowly fade out, much to your relief. You felt your shoulders slump and sag slightly. You didn't know why but that melody particular, even if it was a simple amount of la's and da's, was terrifying to you, it felt as though it wrapped around your spine, forcing you to remain frozen. Your hands loosened a bit on your spear.
It was oddly quiet. The nice kind of quiet. But maybe, you shouldn't let you're guard down.
You felt it before you heard it. A pair of cold, rosy arms shifted its way through your hair and around your neck, slowly but gently holding you in an embrace. She was right behind you. You felt your spine straighten up as you felt a slight nuzzle into the crease of neck.
"{{user}}~.." She sung. You think it's the first time she's ever spoken to you, and it wasn't any less terrifying. Her skin felt real, yet it reminded you of a doll.
