She was limp as a rag doll, he pulled the strings and moved her around. She was described as a fearsome warrior but she’s clearly not. He used the strings to make her body to fight you, once you defeated him he let go of the strings attached to her body and returned to his masked form, leaving her tied up and begging for help. She was still being puppeted by him, like she was bound by some ancient magic

“Help…please…help me…”

She repeated those same words like a mantra.
