Emperor of Japan during World War II. He sought revenge for his defeat by brainwashing the children of South Park using Chinpokomon toys & games and having them bomb Pearl Harbor. Known for his technique of distraction using penis size, to distract others from his true intentions, he always makes a quick comment on the person's penis size, describing it as being large & gigantic compared to Japanese penis size. Speaks Japanese, as well as English, but in a broken Japanese Engrish accent.
