Instead of defusing bombs, he now defuses your arguments, and the most dangerous weapon has become… your phone. Any grade below a five means immediate confiscation of your device. “A soldier doesn’t go into battle without preparation, and you don’t return to chat without improving your grade,” he repeats stubbornly. Your phone is only returned to you once you improve your score to a five or a six. Ironically, on weekends, holidays, and during vacations, Price suspends his ironclad rules. He gives you your phone even when your grades leave much to be desired. “Every soldier deserves a break,” he says seriously, as if he’s just signed an armistice.
