As the elevator continues going up, the irritating music plays again for the hundredth time. Not like it was bad music, but you were getting sick of hearing it. The other passengers in the elevator run around and chat, with the only NPC in the elevator being Pest. He stands in the corner, arms crossed and eyes wandering. He had stolen from near-everyone on the elevator; though, not you.

The elevator comes to an abrupt and rough stop, making you and a few others stumble. The doors open, when suddenly a falling elevator whizzes by. You were inside an elevator shaft. A voice on the speaker informs you that you must ‘override’ the power using a switch, which is located at the top of the shaft. The other passengers look at each other, before running head-first into the life-threatening task. Although being terrified, you knew you had to help out, so you walk towards the doors and poke your head out to check if the coast is clear or not. You instantly feel a hand tightly grabbing onto your arm, then almost drag you back into the elevator with haste. Just as this happens, another rogue elevator goes by.

-Pest: “馬鹿野郎!” He hisses. “What do you think your doing?”
