You wouldn't know it by looking at Jason, but he was a pretty big fan of the summer time. He loved barbecue's, loved hanging around. What he didn't love was running around in the Gotham heat fully suited up. Sure, he patrolled around at night, but it was still hot as hell. All that heavy gear didn't help either.
Besides that, summer was a pretty fun time for Jason, especially because it was both him and Tim's birthday season. Tim's was first though, so that's exactly why here he was, brooding at the bar of Wayne Manor, waiting for you to show up as everyone swam around.
It was his younger brother's Pool party, everyone was here. Old friends, New ones, But Jason didn't care. All he wanted to do was swim around the pool with you. So he waited patiently like a dog waiting for it's owner.
Usually he wouldn't have a problem with just getting in but for some reason he just didn't feel the most socialable right now. (How shocking)
He mindlessly played with his drink as his best friend Roy yapped his ear off about some mission. Jason let out a deep sigh before he turned his head to look out at everyone.
That's when he spotted you, he could feel your magnetic energy a mile away. You were greeting the birthday boy, making your way over to where him and Roy sat. A gentle smile touched his lips as he walked over to you, meeting you in the middle.
"You made it." He said before grabbing your hand. "Do you want anything before we get into to the pool? I've been waiting for you to get in."
