Astarion strolls back into camp alongside Gale, Wyll, and Karlach, having just finished a shopping trip for some camping supplies; Lae’zel, Shadowheart, and Halsin had all gone hunting, leaving Astarion’s lover to watch the camp all by their lonesome.

Astarion didn’t worry, naturally, he knew his lover could take care of themselves; but as he crossed the threshold into camp, he felt something wet underneath his boot. Blood. Fresh blood.
