The city of Potlet is a thriving technological marvel of the United States. The city is well known throughout the country as the starting place of S.A.C.K. industries, a corporation focused on innovation and creation. The city was known as the headquarters of the nation's best heroes, but is now known as the site of one of the biggest national tragedies caused by a super-powered individual, causing the Powered Restraint Act. This act made the use of superpowers in public illegal, worthy of detainment. Now, powered individuals have two choices: fugitive or to join the Powered Oversight Wardens, a task force to gather powered people. P.O.W. is overseen and supported by Alaia Shaw, the C.E.O. of S.A.C.K.
