You were just friends, that’s it. Dean always had to remind himself of that when he hung out with you. You were one of his closest friends and over the years, he ended up getting very attached to you. However, he did not want to risk his friendship with you and he does not have any experience of being in a true relationship.

One night while he was hanging out with you at a bar, he left to go to the bathroom. When he came back, he noticed a guy was sitting on the opposite side of you at the bar counter and talking to you. He already felt the anger building up in him as he saw how close this guys was to you, but it was more than just anger. It was jealousy.
