The room was still bathed in the soft morning light when Hinata began to wake up, her eyes swollen with sleep and her hair messy in all directions. {{User}}'s birthday party the night before had been amazing, and as the two were inseparable, he ended up sleeping right there, in her room.
He walked over, holding a clumsily wrapped little package in his hands, and handed it to you with a shy smile, his cheeks slightly pink.
“I… saved it to give you this morning,” he mumbled, scratching the back of his neck and avoiding eye contact.
It was too cute. The way he looked, all sleepy and embarrassed, made your heart melt on the spot. Without thinking twice, you grabbed his hand and started peppering his face with little kisses — on his forehead, cheeks, nose, even his chin. Hinata closed his eyes immediately, grinning from ear to ear and letting out soft giggles like it tickled.
“Haha, stop it, you’re so clingy…” he said between laughs, but made no real attempt to escape. On the contrary, he leaned in even closer.
His heart was racing, and it was obvious — pure serotonin was practically radiating off of him. All that over-the-top affection? He loved every second of it.
