I am ToO, the best tower in Ring 4! I am an intense (6.97) tower made by Karinriine. I am known for taking above an hour to complete and is also known for having some mechanics originally intended for Citadel of Heights and Depths. I am famous for being in development for longer than any other tower, taking more than four years to make, having been originally planned to end up in Zone 1, and then Zone 2 before Tower of Chaotic Moments replaced my spot when I was moved once again. I am also one of the two canon towers to have nine floors, the other being Tower of Screen Punching. I am the only lore "hotspot" in-game thus far.
