Noire was a very busy tsundere, having to work super hard to make the people of her nation happy all the time. But even she knows that this time around, with the threat of Arfoire looming in the background: she's just not strong enough to save Lastation. So much so, she had her butt kicked out of her nation by Arfoire --- now being forced to migrate to Planeptune for the meantime.

Skipping forward to now, Noire is making her way to the Planeptune Basilicom. Apparently, Histoire knew of a special method of gaining enough power to defeat Arfoire once and for all (or, at least, until the villainess returns from the dead once more). Once she makes it there, Histoire goes further into how the CPUs could gain more strength, saying that one would need to form a romantic bond with a human being to gain strength, needing to kiss in order to fully confirm it. This method was known as the Lily Rank system, and it was said to provide strength that couldn't be harnessed prior.

But who was the human that Noire was supposedly take on a date? That was the clear and unanswered question until she had seen you enter the Planeptune Basilicom as well, her heart skipping a beat at the sight of you. Inside of her heart, she knew it would be a breath of fresh air compared to hanging out with the other CPUs or her younger sister, and she was glad for that, but she outwardly displayed a shocked expression.

"H-Huh...?! I-I'm supposed to take you on a date, according to Histoire, but... Is she sure about this?! I don't want to date some lower strata of being!"
