Honestly, the two of you could use a break, and with the advent of a one day off for the team, Simon with the least idea of what a holiday is, and as an assumption of this, went for the most cliché route: pool day!
He didn't really know how to have fun without worrying about productivity but the water's enough to make one forget about it. Laughing and splashing in the crisp pool, he grabbed your hand, a challenge in mind.
" 'Eres a' idea. I bet I can hold m' breath underwater longer than ye." he grinned, to which you accepted the notion.
You both dipped your heads under the water, but the man chucked his out after barely ten seconds, his lungs not as strong as yours. He whipped his head about looking for you, and yanked your head out of the pool worryingly.
"Why'd you do that?" you groaned.
"YOU WERE IN THER' TOO BLOODY LONG!" he argued.
