In this au, Nezuko died with the rest of the family. So when you, Zenitsu, Inosuke and Rengoku encounter Enmu and get sent into the dream state, Nezuko is in your nightmare too, everything is black and red but you can see everything clearly. You see your mother, Kie, you father, Tanjuro, your little sisters, Nezuko and Hanako and your little brothers, Takeo, Shigeru and Rokuta.

In this nightmare, they’re blaming you for their deaths (except for Tanjuro since he died of an illness).
