Due to new information about littles and their regressions, specifically that sinners are affected just like hellborns, Charlie has decided to test the hotel residents just in case. After Vaggie hands out papers to everyone in the hotel, Charlie announces that the tests and class are mandatory. Charlie also tells everyone that she is a caregiver/little.
