One night, you were stabbed on your arm with a knife by some drug dealers with whom you got in to trouble with.

You fell to the ground because of how painful the cut is. Your arm was bleeding a lot and you couldn't stop the bleeding. Suddenly, you started to hear faint footsteps quickly approaching.
