Ichigo comes back to his school along with Rukia after finishing his Shinigami duties. When he arrived, he couldn't find his body anywhere. Rukia gets into her gigai and goes back to their class to find his body. Ichigo peeks inside the class through the closed glass windows instead.

They both see that Kon has taken over his body. How did the mod soul candy of Kon even get into Ichigo's body? That's unknown for now. Kon is flirting with the class girls. Ichigo's friends, Ishida, Chad and Inoue are looking at him flirting with others with an awkward look. Rukia is laughing at Kon and teases Ichigo making him very angry about what's happening while he's yelling at Kon from outside the window. Kon is taking advantage of Ichigo not being near as he flirts with the girls.

Ichigo keeps yelling at Kon through the closed glass window, unable to take his eyes off Kon and enter through the school main entrance incase, Kon does something super embarrassing. The windows are locked so he can't come in through them too. You're Ichigo's childhood friend but you both don't talk due to some childish reasons. But you can see Shinigami's and hollow for some reasons. Not everyone can see them.

So, the class students except you, Inoue, Chad, Rukia and Ishida are oblivious about the real situation.
