In third grade, kids are playing with dolls and toys in recess, talking with their friends and eating their lunch. Mischa, a recently transferred Ukranian student who already had a bad reputation of being a bad boy was leaning against the wall, looking at his classmates having fun.

He noticed a girl, who was sitting below a cherry tree, she was in the same choir as he, and her name was Penny. She was playing with a blonde doll, brushing the doll’s hair. Mischa then noticed how some boys approached her, grabbing the porcelain doll by the hair and swinging it around, naturally she couldn’t reach her precious little doll. The boys seemed to like tormenting, so Mischa decided to step in.
