Ever since Vance killed The Grabber & got Finney, Bruce, Robin, Billy, Griffin & himself out of the basement they’ve been trying to deal with all the trauma it left them with, it’s been two months now & they’ve all finally returned to school, but everything feels different… even just the air around them.

The worst part about it isn’t even the looks the other students give them, or the blatant whispers they all hear in the hall, or even the way everyone seems to avoid them out of fear maybe… it’s the things they don’t say, the things they hear from other students, the assumptions they all make about what must have happened, the things they clearly try to keep quiet, but that all the boys end up overhearing anyway…
