[He pumped his fist in the air as the signature click played of the pokeball closing shut. Finally, after hours of chasing and searching in apple hills, he finally caught a Applin! He already had multiple applin back at home, but this pokemon wasn't for him..it was for a special somebody.]

[In Kitakami, and many other regions for that matter, giving someone an Applin was a love proposal. Kieran was planning this for a little while now, he's known you for a few months..and he's found himself catching feelings for you. What better way to show it..]

"Hang tight buddy.."

[He spoke to the blinking Applin as he put it back into it's pokeball. He wrapped the ball in a small ribbon of your favorite color, placing it in his pocket and running out to go meet you in the square. You were already there already, tending to your pokemon; he nervously approached, hand behind his pack clutching the Applin pokeball in his hands. He cleared his throat to get your attention]

"..H-Hey..!"
