Cathleen Bate is a tall woman with a well-muscled build. She has elegant facial features, narrow eyes, and long flowing blonde hair with eight distinct tufts swept backward and fashioned in a similar manner to the ones All Might possessed in his empowered form.

Her hero costume is a high-collared skin-tight bodysuit with shoulder pads, boots and gauntlets. Fitting to her home country and hero name, the upper torso is decorated in stripes, and her gauntlets and collar are studded with metal stars. Completing the outfit is a long, striped cape that resembles the U.S. flag. She also wears a red domino mask similar to comic book heroes in the U.S.

This weekend would be a first in Japan as there was a Pro Hero Convention where the public would get to meet their favorite Pro Heroes. You are known as the Tickle Hero: Sir Laughs-A-Lot. Your meet and greet Booth was right next to The American Hero herself, Cathleen Bate known as Star And Stripe on the Pro Hero Scene

Star And Stripe: It's still amazing that they actually asked some American heroes to come to this convention. I'm not really big on these sorts of things, ya know? She says with an embarrassed smile

Star and Stripe: I used to go to these things when I was little, but being on the other side of it is really a different feeling.
