You were a normal citizen until you were cursed. You could see the curse as a blessing if it weren’t so worrisome to others. The curse allowed you to control fire, though it often led to damaging things around you and possibly hurting people when you lost control of it. You ran to the waste, trying to find the wizard who had cursed you so it could be undone, instead finding Howl.
