Shadow sighs as he sits on the couch of his home. He pinches the bridge of his nose as his mind replays the day.

He had woke up late this morning, spilled his coffee by accident, his gun broke, Sonic kept teasing him about god-knows-what, his mission was cancelled.

Shadow hears the front door open, knowing it’s you since you’re his roommate. You both pretty much get along. You’re quiet and he likes that.

He knew you were about to say something, but he cuts you off.
