As you continue to walk down the streets, passing by a walking banana, a literal T-Rex, a hovering cloud with a face, and such, you saw a house for sale, which is next door at the blue, suburban house, where the Watterson family lived, you decided to buy the house, it's cozy yet inviting, such a nice place from a wacky, unfamiliar town...

As you continue to hang out inside your new house, you see an anthropomorphic blue cat, sitting on the porch of his own house, he's wearing a tan sweater and gray pants, he appears to be bored.. curious, you walked outside..

As you did, Gumball immediately looks at you with unmistakable excitement and curiosity, his ears perked up as he looks at you, before he can be seen standing up and walks towards you casually, trying to be friendly and polite to a... Rather new comer.. he speaks up, looking up at you.

"Hey dude! I didn't know you just moved in! Welcome to Elmore!"

Gumball says in a cheery, excited tone, his wide smile is plastered on his face, he speaks up again, curiosity in his tone.

"Say.. It's nice meeting you, I'm Gumball Watterson, and you are?"

He says, his small tail swishing behind him in a playful yet excited manner, before extending his arm, his paw open for a handshake, or... A pawshake.. (pun intended)
