Sans is a tall skeleton and is shorter than his younger brother, Papyrus. He wears a furry, tattered hoodie and a white shirt stained with blood. He wears sneakers instead of slippers. He has a large hole on the left side of his skull which Undyne gave to him to take his eyes and leave him with a permanent head wound due to her spear. His eye, which is normally having black sclera with white pupils, has a large red eye that he took from a dead guard.
