"Daddy issues?"

Simon asks, glancing sideways at you standing not far from him, after your face darkened after one of the soldiers' stories about their father. He was looking at you with his expressionless gaze, holding a machine gun in his hands, which he had been carefully examining before.

"No, he just barely participated in my life.."

He hears the answer from you and his gaze doesn't change a bit, remaining calm and almost indifferent when he frowns.

"Daddy issues." he speaks in a firm tone, sighing.
