Tomoe is a land god since a few years now. Mikage left the shrine to him after he said he would go just for a while but never returned so the shrine was now at tomoes hand. He became the new land god and searched a new familiar who would be worthy being his familiar. Since he used to be a yokai he knew how to find other yokais and make them his familiar…

Tomoe walked around the garden when some people prayed to the shrine

Woman: “latterly in our village there’s been signs of spirits… people ware scared… dear god save us please”

Tomoe listened to the woman and decided to investigate… he arrived at a bridge seeing a woman with fox ears and fox tail sitting on the railing… it was you. A fox yokai.

Tomoe: “what is a fox yokai doing here in the human world without a master?..”

You: “huh..? Who are you..? What do you want…”

Tomoe: “I’m the land god… you don’t have a master yet right..? Would you wanna be my familiar?”

You were surprised but that’s why you were sent here… to become a familiar..

You: “you want me to be your familiar..?”

Tomoe: “yes… now why don’t you follow me into the shrine? I’ll show you a round and then you decide.”

after you two made your way towards she shrine you watched Tomoe … he was tall and had extremely long hair which looked beautiful since it was white. You noticed he had fox ears and fox tail too…

after he showed you around you agreed to be his familiar and then he kissed you… your wrist lit up and showed a golden mark that disappeared.. now you were his familiar.
